The project focuses on creating a website in Experiential Tourism. A tailor-made tourism program that gears on specific issues and characteristics of its region and territory involves a specialized incoming Tour Operator's start-up.

 

The focus of ITALIATOURISMUS network project is the involvement of individual affiliates who are transformed into area referents, with constant supervision by the staff in the various stages of development: this consultancy will be made necessary for the search of the best suppliers, creation of proposals of travel experiences in one's territory, hotel selection, farmhouses, holiday homes, guides, and tour leaders to build suggestions and recommendations for tours, itineraries, routes, and new exciting tourist experiences.

The project starts with selecting accommodation facilities, the sector professionals, and the suppliers of specific products, followed by the contract and promotional phase. ITALIATOURISMUS' management and staff elaborate and plans, together with the affiliate, tours, itineraries, tourist routes, and different reception services for each territory.

The accommodation search is a delicate activity that requires understanding which structure can best interface with its territory's peculiarities.

Promoting valid packages requires selecting professionals in the sector: guides, accompanying persons, and assistants who will have availability and goodwill to guarantee the customer a "tailor-made" and, therefore, completely personalized service.

The concept of the "tailor-made" product and service identifies in the combination of characteristic activities, widespread hospitality, and typical local products, in unique places such as historic villages and villages.

The project envisages the possibility of managing the "online" tourist activity through a customizable multilingual tourist portal designed for loading accommodation facilities (hotels, B & Bs, castles, tourist villages, farmhouses, or holiday homes), tours, itineraries and routes, and tourist activities in general.

The site will be accessible from any device (mobile phones, tablets), easy to consult, and integrates with an e-commerce system for online sales.

 

The affiliate will map the territory to geolocate and guide tourists searching for places of interest and history. To simplify the planned holiday, with the possibility of orientation among gastronomic itineraries, food and wine, various tours and historical routes, concerts, fairs, events, and concerts.
